**Job Title**: Shot Blaster
**Location**: Lincoln
**Salary**: Paid weekly

**The Role**
A great opportunity is available for a full time job as a shot blaster based in Lincoln. This is a day shift position. This role will be to provide superior standards of shot blasting in a manufactured Engineering Company.
**Other responsibilities will include;**
- Carrying out quality checks on finished products
- Achieving the tasks and targets set within the agreed time
- Communicating effectively with the team
- Follow strict health and safety rules and regulations
- Prepare products for treatment
- Ensure equipment is maintained efficiently and effectively

You will be an experienced shot blaster, able to work to the required standards, at the same time producing high quality products within a timely manner.
**You will also be able to demonstrate the following.**
- Experience working within a manufacturing/engineering environment.
- The ability to produce work of high quality.
- Be able to work as part of a team.
- Flexible approach towards working hours.
- Competent user of various hand tools.
- Having a FLT license and overhead crane training is desirable but not essential.
- Full driving license with a minimum of three points
- Able to work additional hours as and when projects require

- Driving: 2 years (required)
- working within a manufacturing/engineering environment: 1 year (preferred)
