**Job Description: Project Co-ordinator - Warehouse Team Leader**

Working within a fast paced Office & Warehouse environment you will be the link between the Warehouse Team and Office Staff providing a committed service and support to both teams.

You will be required to be consistent, accurate and ensure that procedures are followed while working within the remit of our Company Core Values.

Your responsibilities include:

- Liaising with preferred Installation Companies to source Labour and agree costs.
- Liaising with Customers and providing RAM’s as necessary prior to installation start dates.
- Working with Sales Administration to organise transport and installation requirements.
- Logging incoming and outgoing stock to ensure the stock values are accurate.
- Managing the Warehouse Team Members workload on a day to day basis.
- Motivating the Warehouse Team to ensure they are working to their full potential to achieve targets.
- Being responsible for the Warehouse Function - this includes movement of stock, stock control and quality control.
- Keeping up to date records of Warehouse Staff Licenses and Training requirements.
- Keeping up to date records of Warehouse Machinery, Tools and Company Vehicle servicing logs.
- Being part of the Office Staff weekly meeting and feeding information back to the Warehouse Team.

This is a full-time role, working Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.00pm at Shildon, County Durham. There may be the occasional requirement to attend Customer premises to liaise with installation teams and monitor ongoing installations.

As the Warehouse Team Leader you will be the immediate Line Manager for the Warehouse Staff. You will be responsible for the management of overtime requirements and your personal approach to this should be flexible at all times.

You will be responsible for signing off and monitoring Annual Leave as well as other requested time in accordance with the Company rules.

You will be responsible for the ordering of Warehouse Stock, monitoring Health and Safety requirements and Staff Uniform requirements - this should be completed using the normal procedures and will require approval prior to ordering.

You will be required to understand and comply with the disciplinary procedure instigating this as necessary, documenting incidents and being part of any further discussion should it be required.

You will be required to acknowledge the efforts of others and lead by example at all times. You will be encouraged and expected to learn and grow with the Company and training will be provided to achieve this.

Experience essential in Project & People Management and working in a Warehouse Environment.
