Recruitment Consultant - Support Work / SEN
The Preston branch are currently looking for passionate recruitment consultants to join our SEN Team.
We had an extremely successful year and are now looking to add an enthusiastic individual, to help drive the business forward.
The Preston branch opened over 6 years ago, and we have built a large number of fantastic relationships with schools and homes across Lancashire based on our honest approach. We currently cover Primary, Secondary, SEN, Support Work Residential Homes andPrivate Day Nurseries.
We're wanting to hire somebody who has a passion for quality, can work in a fast paced environment, has a passion for education and can build relationships easily. The main areas of focus will be recruiting Support Workers, for Residential Homes who supportchildren and adults with Special Needs. We're looking for someone who is looking for their first steps into a recruitment role or somebody who already has experience in the sector or similar sector in recruitment.
You will be responsible for;
- Creating eye catching adverts and advertising vacancies
- Searching job boards
- Business Development, building long lasting relationships with schools
Key Requirements for the role;
- Have a natural curiosity and passion for learning
- Resourceful, adaptable and a strong team player
- Knowledge in the education and care sector would be advantageous but not essential
- Enthusiasm towards your career and success is a must
