We have an exciting opportunity at The Three Chimneys Smokehouse and Grill to recruit an experienced Mixologist to help run our Cocktail Station, also serve our delicious food too.

The Three Chimneys Smokehouse and Grill has 150 covers and is based in a 78-bedroom hotel. We were excited to launch a cocktail menu in the summer of 2022 and we have had a great reaction to it and it has livened up the atmosphere.

We area about to do a big relaunch of our restaurant, and we will be introducing a new food menu, children’s menu, cocktail menu with cocktail promotions, coffee and shot menus, a new self-order app and delivery app, VIP booths, pool tables and arcade games, and promotional nights. There is even a new Spa area that we have coming in the next few weeks too. We are looking for the correct person who can really take this on and add vibrant and fun ideas and have their finger on the pulse of what will attract customers. Ideally, we would like to fill this position before locking in the new menu.

We are looking to maximise the guests experience, and create that photo moment for their social medias, whilst also balancing this with being on top of our costings and driving in sales. We are also hoping to increase the rest of our team’s knowledge on drinks and presentation. We will also be looking at our drink’s menu in our entirety and we are happy to reassess what we stock to make it an exciting range of spirits, wines, bottles and drafts.

**Your main responsibilities will include-**
- Keeping a well-maintained bar.
- Keeping our drinks selection modern and fashionable.
- Serving on the cocktail station, and keeping it stocked and prepped.
- Designing cocktail menus, specials and promotions.
- Assisting with the main Bar services too.
- Train staff with cocktails and drink service and presentation.
- Incentivising staff with competitions, targets, and rewarding points in the staff portal.
- Keeping the site maintained and clean.
- Brand our business to be vibrant and fun and have a family party atmosphere.
- Promote the business across social media and other platforms.
- Hit targets and keep within budgets.
- Helping maintain relationships with Suppliers.
- Assisting placing orders, keeping wastage down, doing stock takes.
- Build good relationships with other bars and restaurants and build partnerships.
- Keep our app and tils UpToDate.
- Identify ways to increase sales and cut down costs.
- Instil our core values in our team and promote a positive work culture.
- Ensure all cash, opening/closing, purchase order and petty cash procedures are always adhered to.
- Provide accurate reports.
- Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, and H&S.
- 2+ years’ experience in the hospitality trade.
- 1+ years’ experience in making cocktails.
- Will be able to create signature cocktails designed by us.
- Hands on with leadership.
- Motivating for morale and for sales.
- Kind and respectful with a positive attitude.
- Professional.
- Attentive to our customers and delivers exceptional 5-star service.
- A good understanding of Epos, and IT solutions.
- Reliable and Trustworthy.

- Innovative and enjoys brainstorming good ideas.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £10.50-£12.00 per hour
