**Job Title: Estimator - Commercial Construction Specialist**

My client is a leading commercial construction specialist based in Witham, Essex, with a strong focus on providing high-quality services in the fields of commercial construction, fire doors, and facilities management. Our extensive portfolio includes projects in hospitals, health centres, clinics, schools, and offices, primarily focusing on refurbishments.

They are seeking a dedicated and experienced Estimator to join their dynamic team. As an Estimator, you will play a crucial role in the successful execution of projects. This role primarily involves office-based work with occasional site visits, ensuring that they maintain high standards and deliver exceptional results.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Preparing and managing project budgets, estimates, and cost plans.
- Conducting feasibility studies and risk assessments.
- Procuring materials and sub-contractors.
- Analysing and evaluating financial data.
- Collaborating with project teams to monitor costs and variations.
- Preparing and submitting final accounts.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Estimator in the commercial construction industry.
- Strong understanding of commercial construction, fire doors, and facilities management.
- Excellent mathematical and analytical skills.
- Proficient in industry-specific software and tools.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field is preferred.
