**Plymouth - Hybrid 3 days on-site per week - Inside IR35 £300-£320 per day - Immediate Start**

**Key requirements**:

- Develop an understanding of the requirements of stakeholders from the IT service.
- Help to understand the skills needs & gap of the IT team.
- Identify & propose remedial action to address weakness/risk to operations.
- Identify any barriers to an effective service & service culture within the IT services area.
- Initiate a roadmap for improvement, helping visualise the ask, benefit & timeframes of actions to address development of the IT infrastructure & systems offer
- Recommend & initiate changes to policy, provision, & practice from observation & experience.
- Provide regular briefings and information to the COO regarding all aspects of the review, including preparation of a hand-back report to enable the permanent incumbent to build upon the review outputs.
