Marks Sattin Executive Search has an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Group Financial Controller to join a fast-growing technology business based in London. This is a great opportunity to influence the growth of a business, gaining vital experiencefor a subsequent FD role.

Working with leading businesses in the UK and Internationally. The business is expanding rapidly, and is a leader in its sector. As a member of the senior leadership team, you will contribute to this continued expansion through the execution of a growthstrategy. This will be achieved by taking an active hands-on approach leading a finance department passionate about fast-paced growth. The business is focussed on a buy and build strategy, requiring the integration of acquisitions as well as the consolidationand automation of finance and IT systems.

Taking ownership of the day-to-day running of the finance function, you will ensure all accounting and reporting systems perform to the highest standards. Responsibilities include leading the production of board packs, as well as financial forecasts, modelling,and audit reports.

This excellent opportunity will be challenging and rewarding, welcoming a driven and dynamic Group FC passionate about ensuring the growth of a successful business.
- A qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
- Experience working as an FC for a PE-backed business.
- Experience of acquisitions and integrations and transformation/change programmes.
- A background in a technology business is helpful but not essential
- Experience of managing a team
