**Location of work: London - hybrid. Main responsibilities**:

- To carry out evaluation, examination and assessments, including the participation in course evaluation meetings whenrequired.
- Establishpositiveattitudestolearningbydeployingarangeofteachingand learning activities.
- Toparticipateasrequiredinthearrangementsforrecruitmentandadmissionof potential students.
- Ensurethattargetsandqualitystandardsaremetinrelationtolearners
- Undertake a range of administrativetasks, includingweeklyprogressreportsandStudent AttendanceSheetstothe Administrator.
- Tomakesurethatalllecturesstartandfinishasperthe timetable.
- FollowtheInstitution'spoliciesasdescribedinthestaffhandbook.
- Ensureallstudentsprovideacourseandtutor’sfeedbackinthemiddleofthe term on the Feedback form
**Job description**: We are looking for an experienced Psychology Lecturer with previous experience in an online environment, with a clear track record of high-quality student engagement, experience of class management, facilitating knowledge exchange, supporting group workas well as experience of one-to-one tutoring where required.
The post holder will hold a PhD in a relevant discipline, have experience in designing and/or delivering courses accredited by the BPS and will be familiar with the academic and professional requirements of Psychology courses in the UK.
