Humber Recruitment are proud to be advertising for a valued client, looking for a **Production Manager **to join their well established team.

- Oversee and manage the production process in a warehouse setting
- Ensure that production targets are met within the specified time frame
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and efficient production
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels of materials and supplies
- Train and supervise production staff to ensure adherence to quality standards and safety protocols
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures related to production operations
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement necessary changes
- Troubleshoot any issues or problems that arise during the production process
- Maintain accurate records of production data, including output, downtime, and quality metrics
**Skills**:
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in the use of hand tools and power tools
- Knowledge of warehouse operations and production processes
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on findings
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and creatively
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
