Breakfast Waitress

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Breakfast Waitress / Waiter & Housekeeper. This role is crucial in ensuring our guests have a memorable and comfortable stay by providing exceptional service during breakfast hours and maintaining cleanliness throughout our establishment in preparation for the start for bar and restaurant daily service.

**Responsibilities**:
Greet and seat guests during breakfast hours

Take orders and serve breakfast dishes and beverages

Clear and clean tables promptly

Maintain cleanliness and organization of breakfast area

Perform housekeeping duties including cleaning of restaurant and common areas.

Prepare outside seating area in readiness for the start of the day.

May require some bar / café service.

**Requirements**:
Previous experience preferred but not required

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Attention to detail and cleanliness

Flexibility to work mornings, weekends, and holidays

Reliable and punctual

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £11.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 25 per week

Schedule:

**Experience**:

- Hospitality: 1 year (required)
- Housekeeping: 1 year (preferred)
