**Hatchery Supervisor | Lincolnshire | Poultry**

I am working with a business that was founded in 1959 which is based in Lincolnshire and is the foremost supplier of breeding stock to the Pekin Duck industries around the world.

They are looking for a Hatchery Supervisor due to the current manager retiring next year. They are looking a hands-on, enthusiastic individual to provide support to the Hatchery Manager to ensure the smooth running of the business. You will assist with the day to day smooth running of the hatchery and assist with the efficient running of the setters and hatchers and the general incubation process within the Hatchery.

The ideal person will have experience in a similar role and be willing to work Monday - Thursday 7am - 3pm and Fridays 7am - 2pm. Weekend / Bank holiday cover and call outs will be required as will flexibility to meet the business needs.
