We are currently looking for a Retrofit Energy Assessor to join our expanding team.

Now is an exciting time to join our business. his is a new additional role to support the team in carrying out site surveys and developing sustainability and retrofit projects into deliverable works programmes.

You will be responsible for providing expertise in retrofit and home energy efficiency and will be able to evaluate and recommend retrofit measures to improve the energy efficiency of our properties. You will also liaise with contractors working on Platform’s Retrofit Programme.

**Some of the things we are looking for**:

- Experience of managing an area of properties in relation to repairs, maintenance, and major works contracts
- You should have attained a Level 3 Retrofit Energy Assessor or Domestic Energy Assessor training/or equivalent.
- Experience in delivering small value projects including pre contract and post contract administration
- Experience of surveying properties, evaluating works required and inspecting works to ensure they are completed to a good standard
- Experience in evaluating and recommending energy efficiency measures to domestic properties
- Experience of working closely with customers and creating and maintaining good working relationships
- Evidence of having delivered effectively in a results/service driven environment
- Proven experience of balancing a heavy workload, prioritising as necessary
- You should be committed to your personal development and will be supported to complete the Retrofit Assessor training (if not yet completed)

**Salary**: £33,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
