**The difference you can make as a Registered Nurse Manager**
Homeclinic is a new business line supporting patients in receiving easier access to hospital level care, in the comfort of their own home, for procedures which can be safely treated there. Currently supported by the existing business network whilst it’sin its launch phase, you’ll help to guide their innovative plans for our community services.
- Responsible for evaluating, planning and implementing the delivery of care, to include carrying out virtual assessments for packages of care with varying levels of complexity
- Working closely with the Clinical Governance team and ensuring legal compliance standards are met
- Building lasting relationships with commissioners, (GP’s, Surgeons, Consultants) and ensure continuous business growth
- Ability to work in a hands-on capacity where required in order to promote the level of care expected
- Ensuring compliance with external regulators, (CQC)
- Be the key driver of ensuring the people they support are having a quality service and continuity of care
**The skills that make you different**
- Be a registered nurse RMN/RNLD/RGN and hold a valid NMC pin
- Strong organisational, prioritising and time management skills within a fast-paced setting
- Self-starter with strong personal drive to achieve results
- Experienced Senior Manager with the ability to manage a team remotely based
- Resilience within a fast-paced environment and can manage impacts in a positive ‘can do’ way
- Confident and sufficient to work remotely
- Strong leader who can motivate a team remotely
- Embraces change and can lead change through their team
