**The role**:
**Opportunity for an experienced Employment Managing Associate 8+ years PQE with a proven track record in this area of law to join an industry-leading team in Manchester.**

You will take on a range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, mostly for employers and on the respondent side. This will include TUPE matters, employment contracts, advisory work, dismissals, terminations, discrimination, tribunal representation, redundancies and corporate restructuring.

They have a wide range of clients ranging from small start-ups to large national corporations and the team is currently very busy with a surge of work thanks to the distinguished record of their current heavy-hitting lawyers.

**The firm is looking for a talented leader who can deepen existing relationships and utilise opportunities for greater collaboration across the firm.**
