We are currently seeking a talented individual to join our well established client’s growing team in Swanley. This position presents a fantastic opportunity to excel and offers clear career progression.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the purchase ledger, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices, payments, and reconciliations
- Maintain supplier accounts, reviewing and resolving any discrepancies or issues
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth communication and resolution of invoice-related matters
- Conduct regular credit checks on suppliers, ensuring compliance with company policies
- Assist in month-end closing, including preparation of accruals and reconciliation of accounts
- Analyze and resolve any account discrepancies or irregularities
- Support the finance team with ad-hoc tasks and projects as required

**Requirements**:

- 2-3 years experience as a Purchase Ledger Clerk, with a strong understanding of purchase ledger processes and procedures
- Working towards your AAT/ACCA/CIMA qualifications
- Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Excellent numerical accuracy and attention to detail

For your experience you will be rewarded with a salary of up to £32,000 per annum, work 2 days from home and have the opportunity to work with a dynamic and supportive team. There will be continuous learning and professional development opportunities.
