Position: Repack Operative
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Location: Burton on Trent:4th Avenue, Tradeteam.
Salary & any shift premiums: £19,822.44
Shift patterns: Potential Rotation 6am
- 2pm and 2-10pm
Work pattern: Monday to Friday
Overtime available: Yes

**What do we need from you?**
- Operating of Mechanical Handling Equipment
- Operating IT-systems and processing paperwork as required
- Are flexible in approach to work, and work effectively as part of a team, providing support in resolving problems and have a can do, right first time and passionate approach.
- To provide a packing/repair service to customers, primarily Molson Coors, in a timely and qualitative manner in order that promotions and/or orders are met for the off-trade sector.
- Utilise necessary equipment to pack product into the correct/promotional materials.
- Prepare materials for repacking, such as date-stamping.
- Recover all waste materials for recycling in either the Plastic Baler or the Cardboard Compactor, whilst observing all Health and Safety guidelines.
- Operate Hot-melt glue guns & tape guns whilst observing all Health and Safety guidelines.
- Operate llop trucks (as authorised and trained) whilst observing all Health and Safety guidelines.
- Comfortable handling stock consisting of alcohol.
