Senior Registered Nurse - The Horder Centre
We are looking for a dynamic Senior Registered Nurse to join our team on the Ward at The Horder Centre in Crowborough. This post is a 37.5hrs per week based on internal rotation. You will need to be flexible to work days, nights and weekends

**What you'll do**
- To demonstrate good clinical practice at all times and to be accountable for own actions
- Prioritising workloads and directing staff accordingly
- Deputise for Sister, providing management and leadership in her absence
- Promote team working
- Assess, plan, implement and evaluate care, based on individual patient and family needs
- Evaluate quality standards and have an active involvement in Clinical Governance including Auditing, implementing and monitoring change according to results
- Support and act as role model for junior staff, promoting a learning environment
- Respect and ensure patient privacy and confidentiality
- To maintain accurate records of patient care
- Make efficient use of available resources

**What you need to have**
- NMC registered with at least 2 years’ experience.
- Experience / Qualification in Orthopaedics
- PS/PA, Mentorship or equivalent
- Evidence of ongoing personal development throughout your career
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
