**Job Title**: Internal Salesperson
**Location**: Leicester office (close to Fosse Park)
**Salary**: £16,900.00 per year.
**Job Type**: Permanent, Part Time, Working hours 9.00am - 2.30pm (with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break from 12.30-1.00).
Technical Surfaces Ltd are the UK's leading artificial sports surface maintenance company. We are looking to add an experienced Internal Salesperson to our long-standing team to assist in managing / following-up to quotations issued to new and existing clients.
**Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities**:
- Follow up calls to new and existing clients to assist in working towards targets.
- Updating our bespoke, internal system with notes from the call.
- Updating our system with revised follow-up dates, to prompt a further call.
- Receiving orders and changing statuses to enable the order to be processed by another team.
- Identifying where a Technical Manager needs to speak to the client to provide technical support.
- General telephone duties dealing with incoming/outgoing calls.
- Reporting any additional requests / requirements to the Technical Managers.
- All training will be provided as well as ongoing support.

- Efficient, to achieve the desired results within part time hours.
- Great attention to detail.
- Consistent.
- Good listener.
- Experience from a similar role (we do not expect experience in this sector).

- Target driven.

- Additional on target bonus of £150.00 per month (total £1,800.00 per year), available after successfully completing a 6-month probation period.
