**The Day-to-Day - Trainee Recruitment Consultant**
- You will start your recruitment career as a 180 recruiter which means you would focus on the 'delivery side’:_
- Keeping up to date with your clients hiring priorities
- Being the 'middleman’ throughout the process
- Negotiating deals and making placements
- After your first promotion you will progress into a 360 recruitment role, which is not only the delivery side but also winning your own clients:_
- Researching your specialist market and reaching out to potential clients through cold calling
- Pitching your services/skill set to potential clients and bringing them onboard
- Keeping up to date with your clients hiring priorities
- Being the 'middleman’ throughout the process
- Negotiating deals and making placements
- Degree educated in any discipline with a 2:1 or above
- Background in a sales based role is ideal but not essential (door-to-door sales/telesales/commission based etc.)
- Strong work ethic - worked throughout education/internship/commercial experience
- Personable and able to build relationships with clients
- Team player
- Financially and career driven
- Resilient and able to push through failure and come out on top
- Confident and articulate both on and off the phone
