This is an opportunity to join a rapidly evolving small business working with multiple clients across the enforcement sector. Elite Outbound Enforcement are a virtual debt recovery agency working on a range of debt types including Council Tax, Parking fines, High Court and Sundry debt.

Job description:
Self Employed Outbound Collection Agent

Remote working but training in person

**Responsibilities**:

- Taking payments and setting up repayment plans
- Negotiating payment plans
- Dealing with difficult debtors
- Managing work to a weekly deadline
- Previous experience in sales or debt recovery required
- Multilingual speaker prefered but not essential

We are looking for a fresh energetic workforce looking to take their first or next step in the enforcement industry.

Salary is 100% commission based but there are often opportunities for bonuses.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Freelance

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£42,000.00 per year
