We now have an exciting opportunity for a Bid Administrator to join our Head Office team in Maids Moreton, Buckinghamshire on a permanent basis.

**Responsibilities**:
The role has the following key responsibilities within Vitalograph:

- Proactively manage and action all Request for Proposals (RFP) submissions, Proposal Amendments or Change Orders.
- QC review of proposals and cost estimates for accuracy and completeness in line with reviewer comments.
- Implement and maintain all activity (including task allocation) within the CRM tool.
- Develop and maintain quality metrics on the CRM tool related to pipeline and RFP (won/ lost) for routine and ad hoc reports.
- Generate accurate intelligence on Pharma Clinical Trials market in the US and Europe to transfer to Business Development Executives.
- Participate in weekly sales team meetings.
- Provide cover for Head of Commercial Operations as required.
- Any other reasonable tasks as requested by Management.

**Outline of skills and Experience required**:
The following competencies are required for any Personnel undertaking this role:

- 2-5 years’ experience in a finance administration role or similar
- Excellent MS Excel skills; sound understanding of spreadsheets applicable to budget and payment schedules.
- Experience in a commercial organisation or similar Clinical Trials/ core labs/ preclinical space.
- Attention to detail.
- Able to identify and interpret ‘value’ within a sales and marketing context.
- Efficient at keeping records up to date and maintenance of a CRM database.
- Comfortable in the use of web-based platforms with a methodical, efficient with a thorough approach to research.
- A team worker able to engage well with other remote/home based workers.
- Analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work unsupervised, using initiative to identify tasks to complete.
