Want to make a difference to people's lives - with this exciting opportunity Citizens Advice Sherwood & Newark is a busy district wide advice service based over 2 offices in Newark & Ollerton, Following an increase in demand for advice, we are looking to recruit a Triage Adviser to join our existing generalist advice team to deliver front of house support to people across the Newark & Sherwood District.

You will provide a professional support service to clients, including providing information where appropriate, booking client appointments and ensuring advice sessions run smoothly for both clients and advisers.
