**About the Role**:
The role carries a high degree of responsibility in ensuring all our products leave the factory to the correct customer specification and meet the company’s exact quality standards.

Working within a small shift based team under the Team Leader, you will be inspecting products, recording faults and carrying out high quality repairs to ensure the flow of products through the factory.

You shall be expected to report on any quality concerns and identifiable fault trends to QC management as well as to advise, assist and guide production staff in ensuring their understanding of product quality requirements.

In quiet periods you may be required to assist the Production or Logistics departments as directed by QC management.

**Afternoon Shift**:
Runs from 06:00am to 14:00pm - Monday to Friday.

The hourly rate of £11.83 per hour includes a shift premium of £2.50 which is paid after completion of 7.5 hours work on this shift. This hourly rate also includes a discretionary bonus.
