Bartender (Part-time)

The Cocked Hat Flaming Grill is a busy sports bar with a family dining restaurant.

We are currently recruiting experienced bartenders to join our ever growing team.

Whether behind the bar or waiting on guests, the role of team player focuses on what is best for our Guest, by delivering the best Guest hospitality experience. They will do this by only accepting great quality at all times from them and their team, making sure they show a genuine interest in each and every individual guest and always deliver at the right pace with the right face.

Key Responsibilities include:

- Listen, engage, and deliver the best guest hospitality, all day, every day to every guest.
- Gain guest feedback at every opportunity to help improve our business.
- Take bookings and process orders in an efficient and professional manner.
- Always create a great first impression with a warm and friendly welcome.
- Ensure service levels are at the right pace for the guest and the occasion.
- Serve with accuracy to deliver great food and drink at all times, in accordance with specification guides.
- Deal with complaints positively and always advise Duty Manager
- Be proud of our pub and the brand in which we work

- Gosport, PO12 3TR: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred) plus local area to support other Greeneking sites

**Experience**:

- Catering: 1 year (preferred)
- Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Bartending: 1 year (preferred)

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 8 - 20 per week

**Salary**: Up to £10.25 per hour
