Each year we offer a number of students the opportunity to work with us on a 1-year business placement. These placements provide valuable hands-on experience of working in our business with exposure to a wide range of areas including:
**Operational; **Onion Harvest, Potato Harvest, Maize Harvest, Wheat Harvest & Irrigation
**Production/Supply Chain; **Exposure to production and supply chain within different areas of the business
**Supervisory; **Despatch, Germination checks, QC, Spraying, Trials, General Tractor Work, Estate & Machinery Maintenance
Shared accommodation is available, and you will become part of our Early Careers community during you time working with us which includes social events, learning opportunities and internal networking.
