Our role as Lead Providers for specialised services bring together the providers of CAMHS, Adult Eating Disorder and Perinatal services across the East Midlands to work together in a new partnership, to reduce delays, gaps in service and improve outcomes for the service users, their families and carers. Our Commissioning Team will lead and facilitate the quality oversight, case management, contracting, finance, business intelligence and organisational development to deliver new ways of working.
This is a unique opportunity for a talented professional to join our established commissioning team. We are looking for someone who enjoys, partnership working and networking, establishing new operating procedures and working across multiple organisations. Ensuring the underpinning systems and processes are in place that will enable this new care model to be successful.
Key tasks will include supporting finance colleagues with data validation, working with providers to improve the quality of data submissions in line with contractual requirements and working with commissioning and quality colleagues to present information to a variety of audiences in an understandable format.
The postholder will have the opportunity to make significant improvements to the way information is presented to stakeholders within the three provider collaboratives. A key element of this will be the ability to network with a variety of colleagues both internally and externally to understand their requirements. Attention to detail, the ability to problem solve and deliver consistently to deadlines is essential.
