We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Door-to-Door Sales Representative to join our team at The Sakthi Organisation. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products directly to potential customers at their doorstep. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and a passion for achieving sales targets.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Conduct door-to-door sales presentations to potential customers.
- Demonstrate and explain the features and benefits of our products.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of our offerings.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets on a consistent basis.
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers about product pricing, promotions, and terms.
- Collaborate with the sales team to share insights and strategies for success.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in direct sales or door-to-door sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets.
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
