**Project Coordinator with Risk Mitigation and Finance Management **6 Months** **Inside IR35** **Hybrid Working** **Bracknell**My client who are unique retail business are looking to recruit a Project Coordinator with Risk Mitigation and Finance Management on an initial 6 month contract, to join their team based in Bracknell 1 - 2 days a week. Please note this role is paid via an umbrella company/PAYE. As a Project Coordinator You will be taking responsibility for specific delegated elements or workstreams, as agreed with the Project Manager which will be governance, finance, and small workstream management.**Accountabilities**:

- Take responsibility for the delivery of specific project products / workstreams from initiation to closure.
- Project /Programme/Portfolio Management - Contribute to the embedding of best practice around project delivery and a professional approach to the delivery of change in the Partnership
- Risk and Issue Management - Ensure correct procedures are followed to manage all risks (opportunities and threats) and issues associated with the products/workstreams. Includes ensuring they are properly documented, reported, actively managed, and accompanied by effective communication throughout the process.
- Risk and Issue Registers, resource plans and coordination: actively managed through all stages of the process and effective communication undertaken with key stakeholders
- Key actions and decision logs management
- Contribute to weekly and monthly status reporting
- Support the Project Manager in day to day running of the project
- Input into and preparation of Steering Board packs

**Experience Required**:

- Experience working within a cross functional, multi-disciplinary team
- Experience building effective relationships across technology and business stakeholders and external stakeholders
- Organisational skills
- Keen influencing and communication skills
