The CAD Room are one of the leading Building Information Modelling (BIM) companies in the UK providing a quality service to our clients in the MEP, architectural, sprinkler and surveying fields of engineering. **Criteria: Knowledge, Education and Experience**

a. GCSE in Math’s and English (or equivalent qualification) at Grade C or above.

b. Good working knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office and other IT packages.

c. 3-5 years’ experience of working with Auto CAD.

d. 3-5 years’ experience of working with REVIT MEP.

e. 3-5 years’ experience of using Navisworks for clash detection.

f. Experience of creating families.

g. Experience of working in the building services industry.

h. Good knowledge of Engineering Design Principles.

i. Good knowledge and understanding of manufacturing and construction processes.

j. Knowledge of material properties.

k. Knowledge and understanding of BS1192 /BIM Level 2 standards.

l. Understanding of RFI procedures.

m. Understanding of schedules.

n. Experience of attending site meetings.

b. Ability to both take direction and work on your own initiative.

e. Ability to work to deadlines.

f. Ability to prioritise a demanding workload.

g. Ability to work on both routine and more complex models and drawings.
