**WHAT TO EXPECT**

This role focusses on the delivery of the digital marketing and comms plans for Jaguar as part of the overall brand plan, working with the respective channel experts in the Centre of Excellence to develop objectives, target and plans for paid search, SEO, display and both paid and owned social media.

This role also affords the exciting opportunity to support Jaguar’s brand transformation objective by helping to cascade and embed Jaguar’s new brand model, strategy and identity internally. This in turn will enable different functions to deliver against Jaguar’s new vision and positioning. This aspect of the role will give you exposure to many functions through the business, and the opportunity to learn about brand strategy.

**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Develop the digital marketing and comms plans for Jaguar as part of the overall brand plan - the why and what
- Work with the respective channel experts in the Centre of Excellence to develop objectives, target and plans for paid search, SEO, display and both paid and owned social media
- Ensure digital marketing activity and content delivers on Jaguar’s new brand strategy and platform and agreed objectives
- Develop a KPI’s scorecard/dashboard and necessary tools to monitor effectiveness of your channels, working with the channel experts to enhance activity to deliver on agreed objectives
- Work closely with the Centre of Excellence teams for Martech and Data to our audiences are clearly understood, that modelling, segmentation, insight and analysis is provided as per your requirements
- Share best practice between markets and where necessary develop playbooks
- Build strong relationships with our tech partners (e.g. Google/Adobe) to bring external context to our marketing activities
- Champion digital marketing insights, tools and innovation within the broader Jaguar team
- Budgetary management - allocation and monitoring of budgets for the respective channel plans both centrally and in-markets

**WHAT YOU'LL NEED**
- Rich experience in digital marketing, martech and data
- Functional expertise is some of the key channels - search, SEO, social etc
- Accustomed to working with data - analytics, media and customer data
- Experience of Experience of Digital, social media and marketing analytics skills, data insights and ability to decipher trends communications programmes and delivery functions and team in large complex companies
- Experience in B2C marketing
- Relevant degree or equivalent experience preferred
