Nursery Cleaner

Job Overview

We are currently seeking a reliable cleaner to join our team for a minimum of 2 hours per evening, between 4.30 and 6.30 (time is negotiable ). As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in various rooms of the nursery and having an eye for detail. This is an important role in ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our clients and customers.

Duties
- Perform general cleaning tasks, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and disinfecting surfaces
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas
- Empty rubbish receptacles and replace liners
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor
- Adhere to health and safety regulations

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in commercial cleaning is preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning products and techniques
- Attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong time management skills
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if required
- Excellent communication skills

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £10.40-£11.44 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 10 per week
