Due to the nature of our growth, we are looking for a pro-active individual looking to further develop their career within the Events industry.

You will have a passion for the events industry, be an effective communicator, self-confident, have excellent oraganistion and time management skills and be an approachable individual who can prioritise their workload.

As an Events Assistant, some of your duties will include:

- Building strong client relationships both verbally and in writing including correspondence in the run up to the events
- Organising the packaging process for the sending out of tickets for scheduled events
- Managing the customer experience, including resolving queries and complaints
- Attending events on behalf of Imperial Corporate Events - ensuring a positive client experience and managing any special requirements or stipulations

The role will involve frequent travel throughout the UK, wider Europe and on an international basis, including weekends and overnight stays.

We also offer a personalised progression plan.

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Has experience working with excel, data export etc, mail merge and Microsoft Office packages
- Excellent attention to detail
- Face to face client management experience
- Excellent customer services ability

Experience within the corporate hospitality/events sector is desirable but not essential.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £19,500.00-£20,048.00 per year
