**CCTV Operator (Food Manufacturing)**

£12 per hour - 40 hours per week

We are hoping to recruit 2x CCTV operators for each of the below shifts:
Monday - Friday 6am - 2pm + Alternate Saturdays 6am - 4pm

Monday - Friday 2.30pm - 10.30pm + Alternate Saturdays 9.30am - 7.30pm

**The Role**:

- Alternating between monitoring GMP/H&S standards on CCTV camera screens (all cameras, all areas) walking the floor physically verifying conformance against site GMP/H&S procedures and engaging with team leaders and area managers.
- Continuous monitoring even when the factory is on break as line clearance and hygiene activities may be taking place at this time.
- Maintaining an accurate log of monitoring activities and any breaches observed
- Challenge and support (offer advice) immediately bad practices are observed
- Record observations of bad practices and actions taken on a central database accessible to only a predefined list of colleagues
- Monitor the implementation of any new ways of working or improvement actions
- Maintain full adherence against the CCTV monitoring procedure
- Uphold high levels of confidentiality at all times only sharing detail for those who it is intended
- Dependent of seriousness of findings escalate to appropriate level of Management as specified in policy

**The Person**:

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence key stakeholders.
- Customer service oriented, with excellent interpersonal skills and able to build effective relationships.
- Able to maintain confidentiality and present a professional approach at all times.
- Self-driven, resilient, and able to work under pressure.
- Flexible
- Competent in MS Office skills
- Have excellent understanding Food Manufacturing GMP/H&S/Food Safety rules, and be able to explain the reasons behind these rules to operators, supervisors, and area managers.
- Able to communicate and write in English.
- Be confident in engaging teams at all levels and proactive in preventing significant GMP/H&S/Food Safety breaches.
- Experience of BRC accreditation, HACCP implementation, customer audits, GMP and QSM, Food Safety (ideal)
- Food Safety level 3 (desirable)
- Must have experience within an FMCG company (ideal)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to £12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
