Cabinet Maker

James Wellesley are a high-end joinery company specialising in the design, manufacture and installation of bespoke interior joinery for London and the UK’s most luxurious residences.

We are looking for a Cabinet Maker / Joiner on a long term-basis to join the team in our newly-constructed workshop based in Rainham (ME8) to deliver projects of the highest quality to prime residential and commercial projects.

**Requirements**:

- Proficient in woodworking tools and techniques, specifically relevant to joinery.
- Demonstrated ability to craft cabinets within a joinery workshop environment.
- Skilled in interpreting and working from technical drawings and joinery plans.
- Familiarity with selecting and handling various wood species for joinery projects.
- Experience in on-site assembly and installation of joinery products.
- Strong commitment to upholding the high-quality standards of joinery craftsmanship.
- Ideally formally Qualified as a Carpenter / Joiner / Cabinet Maker.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Freelance

Pay: £17.00-£18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 45 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Joinery: 3 years (preferred)
