**Alfa Leisureplex Group **has an opportunity** **for an** Interchange Supervisor **to join the Alfa Coaches** **team based at** Tamworth Services, Tamworth, Staffordshire.**

You will join us on a **Permanent** **basis** and you will receive a competitive rate of £16.86** **or £50.58 per 3 hour session**.**

**Role Responsibilities**:
You will work at Tamworth Services on a part time basis, usually working a **session of 3 hours** at a time. The ideal applicant will be **flexible with working hours.**

As the Interchange Supervisor you will have responsibility for the smooth operation of the coach interchange sessions. The main aspects of your role will be to make sure customers have a first-class experience in the transition from the interchange to their coach and onward bound to their holiday or home. You will liaise with both Alfa and 3rd party coach drivers to make sure they are parked in the correct bays and assist with the transfer of luggage safely and securely.

You will be the natural point of contact for customers, answering any questions they may have and assisting where appropriate. Supervision of the on-site team and the planning of the resource needed in relation to the numbers passing through the interchange will also be a key aspect of the role.

Close liaison with the Traffic Office based at Wheelton, Lancashire via telephone will be required. You will be required to be a well organised individual with the ability to read information and complete a small amount of paperwork for each session.

**Hours of work**:
**Part Time - Mid September to Mid April**:2 sessions a week (usually Monday and Friday), although we don’t operate in January besides the returning new year’s tours on the 2 January 2024.

**Mid April to Mid September**:2-6 sessions a week (usually Wednesday, Saturday, Sunday and some Mondays and Fridays)

- Experience in the Coach travel industry
- Previous experience in a customer focussed role
- Supervisory experience
