**Landscape Supervisor** - The Role:
As the demand for our expertise continues to grow, we are currently seeking a skilled landscape supervisor to oversee and complete a varied range of work on both commercial and private projects. The role will predominantly involve soft landscaping worksbut will also include elements of hard landscaping as many of our sites require both.

This is a fantastic opportunity that has arisen to join our significantly experienced and talented team. We are seeking a motivated, proactive individual who can demonstrate the ability to manage a team to deliver a high quality of workmanship across ourportfolio of construction projects.

The role will involve soft landscaping work which involves working with natural materials and other landscape elements including turfing, tree planting, hedge & shrub installation and so on. The role will also include hard landscaping, be it working withconcrete, paving, fencing, or natural stone. Depending on experience, we can tailor your progression.

**Landscape Supervisor** - Key Responsibilities:
As a Landscape Supervisor, you will be responsible for the daily running of the contract and overseeing the performance on site. You will hold the ability to work without direct supervision and represent the company internally and externally to:

- Deliver both hard and soft landscaping packages
- Demonstrate strong leadership skills
- Ensure all stock is available for each site daily, organising call-offs and arranging deliveries as required to ensure completion dates are met
- Compliance with health and safety regulations
- Support senior team members as required
- Liaise with clients and the office to report progress

**Landscape Supervisor** - Skills required:

- Full driving licence
- CSCS and ideally CPCS & SSSTS
- Previous experience within a similar role - Ideally a minimum of 5 years’ experience in hard and soft landscaping on both commercial and private development
- Strong organisational ability, for effective management of own and others priorities, workloads and deadlines
- Familiarity with Health and Safety in the Workplace regulations and commitment to ensuring effective operation of the regulations
