Telesales Executive - IT Sales, telesales, Full-time

£22k basic (30k OTE) - Norwich Outskirts

CloudScope are looking for a telesalesman for a leading technical solutions provider in Norfolk. Offering solutions from IT support to cyber security and even online marketing and web design, with a well-established and growing client base, this organisationis on the crest of major expansion.

We are seeking a talented telesalesman with the ability to win new business and a hard-working approach to hitting targets and advancing in your career. The hours for this role are 8-5 Monday to Friday, this will be a permanent salaried role with holidayand employee benefits entitlement. These can be discussed in further detail at the interview stage.

The Role
- Introducing and seeking new clientele through outbound calls.
- Engaging with new customers and promoting our services
- Use effective sales techniques like rapport building to engage prospective clients to come in for meetings.
- Consistently work toward achieving and exceeding targets that are set.
- Lock in valid appointments and generate new lead opportunities for our account management team to escalate.
- Proven track record of Sales or Account Management
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Building relationships
- Decision making and excellent negotiation skills
- Dynamic, enthusiastic & passionate to achieve
- Reliable and Consistent
- Experience within Digital Marketing would be beneficial, but not essential.
