**Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:00am - 17:00pm, 50 hours a week.**

**Requirements**:

- Reporting directly to Production Manager
- 18 months experience in a GRC/Precast manufacturing facility is essential.
- Ability to read manufacture drawings and understand cast-in elements and measurements.
- Health and Safety driven individual with the ability to lead a safe and efficient process.

**Responsibilities**
- Responsible for a team of employees and putting them to work on a daily basis. Coaching, development and training of existing and new members of staff
- Hands on operations and leading from example
- Ensuring quality standards are met at all times
- Ensuring safe systems of work are put in place and managed daily for all production processes
- Ensuring all orders are completed in a timely manner
