Now, due to exponential growth, we are looking for new team members to join our award-winning team.

**Position Overview**

As a member of our award-winning strategy team, your role will be to work with our client services, creative and experience teams to develop evidence-based strategies that translate into fully integrated campaigns and inspire behaviour change. You will work across an exciting portfolio of clients spanning many sectors, from pharma and life sciences to consumer and animal health. You'll use our proprietary CHANGE methodology, developing outstanding strategies and prescribing evidenced interventions with a main focus on changing behaviour.

**Experience required**
- Experience of translating qualitative and quantitative research into insights, and planning high quality, evidence-based marketing communication strategies
- Experience of building comprehensive measurement and evaluation plans for integrated campaigns
- 3 - 6 years experience of successfully collaborating to plan integrated campaigns within an agency, ideally within the healthcare sector
- An excellent understanding of integrated marketing communications, across earned, owned and paid channels, both online and offline
- An understanding of behaviour change is ideal, but not essential
- An ability to diagnose business challenges and an understanding of how communications can make a difference across a client's business
- Strong business and commercial acumen
- An ability to ensure control over a range of media channels
- Experience of working across multiple accounts at once, whilst working at pace
