Senior Recruitment Consultant

HRG are the hospitality outsourcing group dedicated to finding the best staff for your hospitality needs. From front of house, back of house and management, HRG are here for the sole purpose of finding you the best staff. We have a core team of specialist recruitment consultants that have extensive experience working within hospitality giving them an in-depth understanding of client needs, challenges and requirements.
As Senior Recruitment Consultant at Hospitality Recruitment Group, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, identifying, and attracting top talent for our client within the hospitality sector.
We are working on a busy RPO model with lots of roles so there is huge potential for commission and growth in this role.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Identify passive and active job seekers in the hospitality sector.
Screening and Interviewing:
Verify references and conduct background checks as needed.
Client Relationship Management:
Collaborate with managers to understand their specific hiring needs and culture.
Talent Management:
Stay updated on industry trends and job market developments.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in recruitment, particularly within the hospitality industry, is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
