Hunter Mason are currently working alongside a long standing and well regarded construction firm to source an Estimator. The company specialises in Groundworks. They are looking to bring an estimator on to assist with tenders ranging from hundreds of pounds to the low millions. This is a great opportunity to work with a well-regarded and well-established company.

**Your new role as an Estimator**
- As an Estimator your responsibilities will include the following:_
- Preparation of tender submissions for all allocated work
- Engaging with specialist subcontractors, suppliers, designers and utility companies (or similar) to ensure competitive an accurate tender is submitted
- Establish the resources required for each project
- Measuring and take-offs from drawings to Build-up of tender price from first principles based on plans, programme and scope of works
- Cost Planning
- Producing bills-of-quantities
- Pre and post Contract meetings with clients
- Proactively seek new leads and fostering new client

**Salary**: £40,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
