We are looking for a Café Supervisor to join our lovely portway house cafe.Supervisor responsibility for overseeing staff, monitoring the quality of coffee being served, and ensuring that all sales are recorded accurately and takes care of production efficiency, administrative tasks, customer happiness and overall cafe cleanliness.

The supervisor must know the prime times throughout the week when the most coverage is needed. He/She may schedule the best employees during peak times to create the best customer experience.

The supervisor is ultimately responsible for customer satisfaction and follow up on customer complaints. A supervisor makes necessary adjustments to menus, the service process or staff to optimize the customer experience.

**Supervisor Responsibilities**
- Oversee the cafe's daily operations as part of the overall coffee shop supervisor duties and responsibilities
- Train new workers on how to make the range of coffee drinks
- Show employees how to properly start, use and clean the coffee-making equipment
- Coordinate with vendors and order supplies, as needed (like takeaway cups, coffee, milk and other ingredients)
- Maintain updated records of daily, weekly and monthly revenues and expenses
- Add new menu items based on seasonality and customers’ preferences (for example vegan coffee drinks)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £10.50-£11.50 per hour
