**Repairs Accounts Administrator**

**Location: Burscough, Ormskirk**

**Salary: £21,000 per annum**

**Contract Type: Permanent**

**Position Type: Full Time Monday to Friday 9-5**

Direct Accident was formed in 1996 to assist clients who had been involved in road traffic accidents caused by another party. In that time, we have helped thousands of clients by taking away the worry and inconvenience that inevitably result from an accident caused by somebody else.

We are currently recruiting for a Repairs Accounts Administrator who will be responsible for the day to day running of the repair invoice processes. Ensuring all invoices are dealt with it adhere to our payment terms and creation of self-billing invoices for the commission.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about the work they do, the service they provide and getting the best results for their clients.

We are looking for someone who is positive, energetic and enthusiastic, a problem solver and someone who can work as part of a tight team and using their own initiative. You will be responsible for ensuring that you provide an excellent service to your stake holders and ensure that everyone has a positive experience by delivering an outstanding service.

**Responsibilities to include**:

- Checking Client repair invoices are suitable for payment
- Dealing with Sources & BDM’s regarding incorrect invoices
- Updating Fusemetrix & spreadsheets with status of repair invoices daily
- Preparation of daily payment runs for repair invoices
- Checking validity of sources
- Calculation of commission payments
- Creation of self-billing invoices for commission and arranging payments
- Work with other departments to resolve issues as they arise
- Any other duties in keeping with the role

**About You**:

- Processing experience
- Ability to self-check work
- Good Microsoft Excel skills as the work is mainly Excel based
- Good Microsoft Office skills
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work as a team
