A new exciting role has opened up with a Public Sector client based in **Westminster**. This is a **temporary full-time role for 6 months**. You will be paid on a weekly basis at the rate of **£18.16** per hour and will be required to attend the office 2 days per week.
Not only is the role fantastic experience, it is also a great role to assist with policy development and improve your stake holder management skills. As such, hardworking, organised and proactive individuals should apply.
**As a Senior Policy Advisor, your responsibilities will include, but may not be limited to**:
" Leading on preparations for the format of the public consultation and helping to design and action the analysis of the responses to the consultation that will inform the finalisation of the guidance.
" Lead on the organisation stakeholder events and comms as per the stakeholder engagement plan at the various stages of the project including; post-publication comms & engagement and lines to take.
" Lead (where delegated) or provide support to the drafting of papers, briefing and advice to seniors or Ministers.
" Lead on formal written correspondence.
" Supporting the development of an assurance process and integration with local funding programmes.
" Supporting stakeholders on the development plans.

" Excellent written skills, with an ability to distil important information in a clear manner.
" Previous experience in policy development.

" An ability to adapt communication style to build understanding of issues and deliver objectives.
" The ability to deliver at pace, delivering quickly under pressure, and balancing both immediate term priorities and longer-term goals.
" The ability to work flexibly as part of a team, adapting to changing priorities and workloads.
**Please note: you will be required to pass a DBS clearance and provide 3 years' referencing for this role.
