**Title: People Administrator - 3-6-month temporary role** **Salary**: £13-£15 Per Hour (dependant on experience)

**Duties**:

- Process the on-boarding of new employees from the point of job offer to appointment
- Process contract variations and produce letters confirming changes
- Minute meetings with employees
- Update the People system and manage employee records
- Respond to staff queries regarding system access and use
- Provide accurate employee information and reports to key stakeholders as required
- Process leavers and associated paperwork
- Monitor the People team inbox and provide first level responses to general enquiries
- Assist in the creation of contracts, letters, agreements, and other written correspondence
- Support with project administration as and when required

**Experience Required**:

- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Minute taking experience
- Contract, letter writing and Data manipulation experience
- Strong organisation skills
- Computer literate & advanced level of Microsoft Office skills
- Ability to work independently
- Experience of providing administration support in a fast-paced environment
- Experience of using a People / HR system
- Experience of working in an education setting would be advantageous but not essential
- Ideally hold a Business Administration or CIPD Qualification

**Hours**: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours a week, Hybrid working
