Server/bartender

Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Provide outstanding guest services by taking orders, preparing and serving drinks promptly and efficiently
- Uphold food safety standards and ensure cleanliness of the bar area and restaurant
- Utilise upselling techniques to promote specials and increase sales
- Collaborate with restaurant and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
- Assist in maintaining inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed

**Skills**:

- Prior experience in a hospitality environment, particularly in a bar or restaurant setting
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods
- Proficiency in food preparation techniques and knowledge of beverage recipes
- Understanding of food safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members in a fast-paced environment
