**Tractor Driver/Farm Operative - Fresh Produce Farm**

**About us**:
We are a family-owned leading Fresh Produce Company specialising in the production of spinach, kale, leeks and cavolo Nero. Due to expansion of the farming team, we have full time and Seasonal roles available within conventional spinach, organics and other areas of the farming operation.

**The Role**:

- To follow all H&S systems including Risk Assessments and Safe Systems of Work and report any areas of concern
- To maintain and keep up to date records required by the Farm Manager to provide full traceability and ensure audit compliance etc.
- Assist with tasks such as routine yard maintenance
- Maintain equipment to the highest standards
- To ensure the highest standards of field hygiene are always maintained
- Aid other areas of the farming operations if required
- We operate a modern fleet of all Fendt tractors equipped with GPS and these roles will encompass all areas of the business including Cultivations, Irrigation and Harvesting.
- Tractor driving experience essential
- Full driving licence
- Teleporter and forklift tickets beneficial
- PA1 and PA2 advantageous
