**Position**: Experienced Bricklayer with Civil, Parapet, and Bridges Experience
**Location**: Oake, Taunton

**Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to plan and execute bricklaying tasks on civil projects, parapet walls, and bridges.
- Utilize your expertise to lay bricks with precision, ensuring structural integrity and aesthetic appeal.
- Interpret blueprints, sketches, and architectural plans to accurately execute bricklaying tasks according to project specifications.
- Work with various types of bricks and mortar, adjusting techniques as needed for optimal results.
- Safely operate and maintain bricklaying tools and equipment.
- Monitor and maintain quality control throughout the construction process, adhering to safety protocols and industry standards.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to less experienced team members when required.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a bricklayer with a focus on civil projects, parapet walls, and bridges.
- In-depth understanding of bricklaying techniques, materials, and tools.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and follow project specifications.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work safely and adhere to construction regulations.
- Physical fitness and stamina to handle the demands of the job.
- Relevant certifications or licenses (if applicable).
