What does your day at work look like?

Are you resilient, robust and resourceful? Honest, reliable, compassionate? Flexible, fun and hard-working? If your answer is yes then we would like you to consider a career in children’s residential services.

For us no two days are the same, for example tonight involves:

- helping cook the tea;
- helping with homework; and
- playing football in the garden
- Going to the cinema or shopping

But tomorrow may bring:

- attending meetings;

- writing reports

So if the sounds like something you would be interested in, read on...

We have a couple of opportunities in our Children’s home in Lichfield, Staffordshire:

- Varied casual and permanent contracted hours
- Hours of work will be offered to successful applicants as required to meet the needs of the Children’s Homes within the service.

**About You..**

You will have experience in working with children and/or young people on your CV and have the enthusiasm and commitment to really help and support our young people. Whilst the role has its challenges, the results you will see from the children you work with are incomparable.
