**Responsibilities**:

- Handle incoming calls from patients, providing them with information, addressing their inquiries, and scheduling appointments.
- Manage membership patients, including updating their information, processing payments, and addressing any membership-related concerns.
- Maintain an active presence on social media platforms, engaging with followers, responding to inquiries, and sharing relevant updates.
- Liaise with patients to ensure their satisfaction, gather feedback, and address any concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
- Assist with maintaining the customer relationship management (CRM) system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date patient information.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as finance and operations, to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in sales and customer service roles is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Proficient in using social media platforms for business purposes.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems is a plus.
- Knowledge of the healthcare industry or related fields is advantageous.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.

- Weekend availability
